Prepaid parking coupon (PPB) - prices and instructions
If you purchased a prepaid parking voucher (PPB) at the "Tisak" news stand/kiosk, before using the voucher you need to scan it to your mobile device or enter the voucher serial number in the bmove.com application, in order to register the purchased amount as a top-up of your account. After that, it is necessary to make a purchase of a Subscription Parking Voucher via the application, using the amount from the account you just topped up.
A prepaid parking coupon (PPB) is a combination of service and prepaid amount that can be used in all parking zones (similar to mobile phone prepaid coupons). When purchasing, the PPB is linked to the vehicle registration number and is valid only for that vehicle. Prepid coupons can be purchased in the values of 50,00 HRK, 100,00 HRK, 150,00 HRK and 200,00 HRK.
The validity period of the prepaid parking coupon is unlimited (from January 1st, 2021) - the coupon is valid until the complete prepaid account balance is used up.
Prepaid parking coupons purchased before January 1st, 2021 still have the appropriate time limit (as stated at the time of purchase - 50 HRK coupon - 1 month, 100 HRK - 3 months, 150 HRK - 6 months and 200 HRK - 12 months). These coupons can also become unlimited with any additional payment made after January 1st, 2021 - the validity period will be unlimited, and the prepaid coupon account balance will be topped up accordingly (for the amount of the surcharge).

At first purchase of a prepaid parking coupon (PPB) by using the mobile/web app at Bmove.com the "Terms and conditions" statement should be read and accepted. There is also a Declaration of consent (Izjava o suglasnosti za korištenje prepaid parking bona) (in Croatian), which should be downloaded (PDF document), printed and signed, to be hand over or send to the cash office of Opatija 21 d.o.o., Stubište Lipovica 3, 51410 OPATIJA (Sports hall, 1st floor).

You can always check your prepaid account balance online, at prepaid coupons user service.
Check your Prepaid parking coupon balance. To be able to use the service, you should obtain your PIN (verification code) at Opatija 21 d.o.o. The PIN code is used primarily for protection of user information and security. Bmove.com gives special attention to protecting your data and takes full care of their security. Credit and debit card information is not saved in any form after registration of the bank card through the CorvusPay system. No card data is stored in the Bmove.com system.

Prepaid parking coupon - purchase instructions
1. The user should login at app.bmove.com (Register if you don't have an account yet. There is a "Register" button at the upper right corner.)
2. After succesfully logging in, in the drop-down list of places find Opatija and select it. All the available services for the town of Opatija will be displayed, so just go ahead and select the: Prepaid parking coupon (Pretplatnički parking bon) and click on purchase button (Kupi bon).
3. After the clicking on "purchase" (buy), the list of your registered vehicles should be displayed. If you didn't add a vehicle by now, you should do it by clicking on the "+ Add new vehicle" (Dodaj novo vozilo) button. After the vehicle has been registered and selected, click on the green top-up button ("Nadoplati")
4. Before the actual payment is made, a short info about the prepaid parking coupon for the town od Opatija will be displayed. To continue mark your consent with the "Terms and conditions statement".
5. In the last step a user should choose the desired prepaid parking coupon amount, available amonuts are 50,00 HRK, 100,00 HRK, 150,00 KN and 200,00 HRK. After you made your selection, you should also choose the payment method (Bmove.com account, one-time credit card payment or the credit card that you've previously saved in the Bmove.com app). Then click Continue ("Nastavi") and the payment is completed.
Terms and Conditions of Prepaid parking coupon usage
Prepaid parking coupon (PPB) is a combination of service and prepaid hourly parking fee that can be used in all parking zones in Opatija. When purchasing a PPB, its validity is linked to the vehicle registration number. One PPB is only valid for one vehicle.
If the parking inspector or "Scanacar" system notices a parked vehicle without a valid parking ticket, and the vehicle also has an active PPB with a sufficient amount for an hourly parking fee, instead of issuing a daily parking ticket, the inspector or "Scanacar" system will IMMEDIATELY activate the prepaid hourly parking fee, according to the zone in which the vehicle was found. The user will receive an e-mail about activating the hourly parking fee (to a previously registered e-mail contact address). If the vehicle remains parked after the prepaid hourly fee expires, the inspector or "Scanacar" system will extend the parking fee in the same way with a new hourly ticket as long as the user has a sufficient amount on the prepaid parking coupon.
When the prepaid account balance for the PPB (Amount of money stored at your account) falls below the price of the cheapest hourly fee for the parking zone, the user will receive an e-mail notification that the PPB has been spent. By purchasing a new PPB, the remaining amount of the previous prepaid coupon will be transferred to the new coupon. If the user pays the hourly parking fee by SMS or regular Bmove.com parking service, the parking time will extend the duration of the active hourly parking fee purchased via PPB.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by accepting the terms and conditions of use you agree to the terms of use of the PPB. These include activating the hourly parking ticket without time tolerance (immediately upon observation of the vehicle). You also accept the use of your contact information for the purpose of sending notifications related to the activation and use of PPB . If the initial purchase of PPB was made via the Bmove.com web/mobile application, notifications will be sent to the e-mail address specified in your Bmove.com user profile, otherwise the notification will be sent to the e-mail registered at the checkout with the service provider.
