Following the changes and improvements in the parking control and charging system used by Opatija 21 d.o.o., we inform all users of Prepaid parking coupons (PPB) that the paper notice on activation of prepaid vouchers, which controllers have so far printed when registering your vehicle in the parking lot, will no longer be available.

We hereby kindly ask all users who wish to receive notifications on activation and balance on their prepaid coupons account, but have not yet reported their data (name, surname and mobile phone number), to submit this data to the cash office of Opatija 21 d.o.o. until July 6, 2020. In the future, users will be able to receive SMS notifications about activation and balance on the prepaid coupons account.

Car Wash service in the public garage at the Sports Hall

dvorana garaza 01 The Car Wash service in the public garage of the Sports hall "Marino Cvetković", Stubište Lipovica 3, is open again, as of October 1st, 2019.

The car wash is operated by the "BEX" services, based on a recently concluded lease agreement. The owner of "BEX" services has many years of experience in providing car wash services, and from the beginning of October he will offer interior and exterior washing and polishing services for motor vehicles in the garage of the hall at popular prices. For all users of car wash services at the time of using the services, two hours of free parking in the garage are provided.

Prepaid parking coupon user service - check your balance

You can quickly and easily check your prepaid parking coupon balance (PPB) online at the service for prepaid parking coupon users.

In a similar way that a user can purchase the Prepaid parking coupon online, via the mobile/web app Bmove.com, it is also possible to check your account balance for the previously purchased coupon, by using the service for prepaid parking coupon users.

To be able to use the service, you should obtain your PIN (verification code) at Opatija 21 d.o.o. The PIN code is used primarily for protection of user information and security. PayDo gives special attention to protecting your data and takes full care of their security. Credit and debit card information is not saved in any form after registration of the bank card through the CorvusPay system. No card data is stored in the Bmove.com system.

e-Invoices and payments in Opatija 21 d.o.o.

We would like to inform all residents, our clients and business partners that the company Opatija 21 d.o.o., as the obligor of public procurement, according to Article 6 of the Electronic Invoicing in Public Procurement Act (Narodne novine 94/2018), will from July 1st 2019 no longer be able to receive invoices, pro forma invoices, approvals and debits in paper form, by mail or scanned by e-mail, but exclusively e-Invoices.

Please note that Opatija 21 d.o.o. in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 2 of the Law on Electronic Invoicing in Public Procurement is obliged to receive and pay exclusively e-Invoices that comply with EU standards. Please take all necessary actions to avoid difficulties with receiving and paying invoices from July 1st 2019.

Reservation of parking spaces

Reserved parking spaces

The fee for the reservation of parking spaces (according to the Articles 3. and 4. of the Town Council Decision on Determining Charged Parking Spaces, and the Article 22. of the General Parking Conditions):

Summer season (from June 1st to September 30th)
Zone 0 (per month per parking space)	4.500,00 HRK
Zone 1 (per month per parking space)	3.000,00 HRK
Winter season (from October 1st to May 31st)
Zone 0 (per month per parking space)	1.800,00 HRK
Zone 1 (per month per parking space)	1.500,00 HRK

The usage of reserved parking spaces can be:

short term - for a period up to a maximum of one month - parking space is fenced with signal poles - installation fee is 500,00 HRK, at the expense of the user
long term - for a period longer then one month - parking barriers are set up - installation fee is 750,00 HRK, at the expense of the user

Electric vehicles for passenger transport (but not taxi vehicles), are allowed to use the reserved parking spaces for a fee reduced by 50%.

Parking space occupancy fees

Parking space occupancy fees (according to the Article 23. of the General Parking Conditions) are charged per parking space per day:

Owners, investors and contractors who need to occupy part of the parking spaces due to construction or other works are obliged to report such a need to the Parking organizer in order to regulate the manner and possibility of using the parking area (contract conclusion).

The parking organizer will mark the occupied parking space with traffic signals (signal poles or parking barriers) which are set at the expense of the customer.

Privileged parking permits for vacation property owners/renters

A vacation property owner/renter (private citizen or legal person) can aquire a maximum of three (3) preferential parking permits and they are obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged Parking Permit for each subsequent year.
After each change of guests, the owner/renetr should report the change of the parking ticket user (vehicle registration number): by calling 051 401 365 (Cash desk of Opatija 21 d.o.o.), by email at parking@opatija21.hr, or by using the service for vacation property owners/renters (To be able to use the service, you should obtain your PIN verification code at Opatija 21 d.o.o.).

Prepaid parking coupon

Prepaid parking coupon (PPB) - prices and instructions

If you purchased a prepaid parking voucher (PPB) at the "Tisak" news stand/kiosk, before using the voucher you need to scan it to your mobile device or enter the voucher serial number in the bmove.com application, in order to register the purchased amount as a top-up of your account. After that, it is necessary to make a purchase of a Subscription Parking Voucher via the application, using the amount from the account you just topped up.

A prepaid parking coupon (PPB) is a combination of service and prepaid amount that can be used in all parking zones (similar to mobile phone prepaid coupons). When purchasing, the PPB is linked to the vehicle registration number and is valid only for that vehicle. Prepid coupons can be purchased in the values of 50,00 HRK, 100,00 HRK, 150,00 HRK and 200,00 HRK.

The validity period of the prepaid parking coupon is unlimited (from January 1st, 2021) - the coupon is valid until the complete prepaid account balance is used up.

Prepaid parking coupons purchased before January 1st, 2021 still have the appropriate time limit (as stated at the time of purchase - 50 HRK coupon - 1 month, 100 HRK - 3 months, 150 HRK - 6 months and 200 HRK - 12 months). These coupons can also become unlimited with any additional payment made after January 1st, 2021 - the validity period will be unlimited, and the prepaid coupon account balance will be topped up accordingly (for the amount of the surcharge).

At first purchase of a prepaid parking coupon (PPB) by using the mobile/web app at Bmove.com the "Terms and conditions" statement should be read and accepted. There is also a Declaration of consent (Izjava o suglasnosti za korištenje prepaid parking bona) (in Croatian), which should be downloaded (PDF document), printed and signed, to be hand over or send to the cash office of Opatija 21 d.o.o., Stubište Lipovica 3, 51410 OPATIJA (Sports hall, 1st floor).
